I am an amateur photographer in Northamptonshire. I am also a retired teacher. I am a member of two local photographic clubs as well as the RPS. I used to judge and give talks around the Midlands and East Anglian regions but now I confine myself to just local societies. My photographic "journey" as the RPS likes to call it began seriously in the 1980s with darkroom monochrome prints and colour slides. Nowadays it is ink jet prints and projected digital images (often coupled with music in "musical harmony" audio visual sequences). I am still using Nikon DSLRs - I have not yet made the step to mirrorless.
