I am an amateur photographer in Northamptonshire. I am also a retired teacher. I am a member of two local photographic clubs as well as the RPS. I used to judge and give talks around the Midlands and East Anglian regions but I have now given that up. My photographic "journey" as the RPS likes to call it began seriously in the 1980s with darkroom monochrome prints and colour slides. Nowadays it is ink jet prints and projected digital images (often coupled with music in "musical harmony" audio visual sequences). I am still using Nikon DSLRs but I now have a Nikon Zf and getting used to the world of mirrorless cameras.
